As a Sourcing Analyst II, you will be tasked with overseeing both internal and external referral programs, as well as external activities aimed at attracting the best candidates. This encompasses utilizing advanced candidate identification criteria and
implementing specialized sourcing efforts. Your role will be pivotal in our recruitment process, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to meet the evolving needs of our company.

REQUIREMENTS

English – B2 – Required
● French/ Portuguese/ German – B1 – Required (Oral and written comprehension. Appropriate use of language).
● Excel Intermediate – Mandatory (Functions: Joint, Average, Count, and conditioning formulas (IF, AND,OR)
